We had the Team at Beach Bbq at our annual Xmas in July party and it was an overwhelming success. The team was on time, on point and super professional. That’s just the start though, they are great people and the food was even better. From start to finish, pulled pork, brisket , Mac and cheese potato salad all of it top notch and delicious. Perfectly prepared by a friendly staff. This is a can’t miss for all your occasions. Thank you again, James and Kristin Blasi

I was in the mood for some brisket and randomly came across this spot—and let me tell you… this place is SOOOOOOOOO GOOD. I’m very picky when it comes to soul food—mac and cheese, collard greens, all of that—but they did NOT miss. Everything was exactly how it should be. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked with real care. I got a full meal for under $40—like 6 thick, long slices of brisket, a solid portion of mac and cheese, and collard greens that were actually seasoned (not just existing on the plate). I ate some right away and still had enough to save for later. And listen… the moment I saw the three women in there, I already knew the food was about to hit. You could taste the seasoning in everything—the collard greens especially. The mac was cooked perfectly too. The woman who took my order? Nothing but grace, respect, and good energy. That kind of service matters. This is the kind of Black-owned business I look for and take pride in supporting. Real quality, real care, real flavor. I’m definitely coming back—and I’m an LI native, so that says a lot.

Wow. The collard greens are fabulous. Just like mommas. The Mac and Cheese has such good texture, the catfish is fried to perfection and the turkey wings are to die for. Al seasoned well and I love the service. Made to order but the wait isn’t too long. Love this place. Every time I go here the food is excellent. You gotta try it !!! One of the best BBQ/SOUl FOOD restaurants EVER❗️

Wow…amazing BBQ cooked by friendly people. We ordered the pork ribs platter w/ potato salad and mac & cheese. The ribs were seasoned and smoked perfectly, super tender and flavorful. 4 large sized ribs. The potato salad tasted fresh and was a great compliment to the ribs. The mac & cheese…delicious as well. Perfect amount of cheese. We also got the fried catfish sandwich, perfectly fried and seasoned. Every bite was crispy and hit the spot! We will def recommend this spot. Excited to try their brisket and candied yams one day (come early because they make everything fresh, and they sell out). What a great local spot. Street parking available in front of store. Edit: Revisited 1/31 and came earlier this time. Had the opportunity to try the brisket and the candied yams. Both are delicious, brisket nice and juicy and great smoky flavor. Candied yams, nice generous portions, not overly sweet, just right.

Finger lickin’ good! Ladies & gentlemen: DROP EVERYTHING and go to Beach BBQ right now! It’s *THE* barbecue spot on the South Shore! Tried it for the first time today on my way back from Long Beach after I saw the amazing reviews… and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint! Succulent homemade pork ribs cooked low ‘n slow, just like it says on the wall right when you walk in. And the service? Friendly, prompt, warm, and professional. Talk about a truly local, family-owned restaurant! The owner, Shareema Beach (Beach is right in the name!) and her husband (the chef!) came out to greet me and introduce themselves. This gem was such an amazing find — now it’ll be my go-to BBQ joint in the future! Overall, a great experience, amazing food, friendly service. No complaints here. I’ll be back!
